Eligibility
Veloria AI is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. You may not use the app if you are under 18 or if your use is prohibited by applicable law.
Use of the App
You agree to use Veloria AI responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass purchase or entitlement controls, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or use the app in a way that harms other users, the service, or third parties.
AI Output
Veloria AI may generate AI-assisted content. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for certain purposes. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. Veloria AI is not a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, safety, or other regulated matters.
Subscriptions and Coins
Veloria AI offers paid subscriptions and coin purchases. Subscriptions provide access to paid membership features for the applicable period. Coins are consumable digital items used for selected in-app features. Purchases are handled through Google Play and may be subject to Google Play payment, cancellation, tax, and refund policies.
Digital Purchases
- Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred outside Veloria AI.
- Unused coins may remain available while the app continues to support the relevant features.
- Subscription benefits may change as the app evolves, provided the core paid access remains reasonably consistent with the purchased offer.
- Any refund requests must be submitted through the purchase channel required by Google Play or applicable law.
Content Standards
You may not use Veloria AI to create, request, share, or promote content that is illegal, exploitative, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise harmful. We may limit access to features when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
Intellectual Property
Veloria AI, including its design, software, branding, interface, and service elements, is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app in accordance with this User Agreement.
Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Veloria AI when necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, product improvement, or business reasons. We may update this User Agreement by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
Disclaimer
Veloria AI is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veloria AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the app.
