Android Membership Service
Veloria AI membership provides paid access to selected premium features, enhanced usage capacity, and other Android app subscription benefits shown in Google Play or inside the Android app at the time of purchase. Membership benefits are digital services provided through the Android app and require an active subscription entitlement verified through Google Play Billing.
Eligibility
Membership is available only to users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not purchase, use, or renew a Veloria AI membership.
Subscription Plans
Veloria AI may offer weekly, monthly, yearly, promotional, trial, or other Android subscription plans. The exact price, billing period, renewal terms, trial availability, and included benefits are displayed in the Android app and in Google Play before purchase.
Android Billing and Renewal
- Membership purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period through Google Play.
- Payment is charged to the Google Play payment method associated with the Android purchase.
- Renewal pricing, taxes, billing timing, and subscription management are controlled through Google Play and applicable law.
Cancellation
You may cancel an Android subscription through Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current paid period. After cancellation, membership benefits usually remain available until the end of the paid billing period unless Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise.
Trials and Promotions
If Veloria AI offers a free trial, introductory price, coupon, or promotional period for Android users, the terms shown at Google Play checkout apply. Unless canceled before the trial or promotional period ends, the subscription may convert to a paid recurring subscription through Google Play.
Coins and Membership
Coins and Android membership subscriptions are separate digital products unless the app expressly states otherwise. Coins are consumable digital items and do not create a membership subscription by themselves. Membership may include or affect selected premium access, but it does not guarantee unlimited coin-based usage unless explicitly stated in the Android purchase offer.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is handled according to Google Play policies and applicable law. Veloria AI does not guarantee refunds for partially used Android subscription periods, unused benefits, or unused coins unless required by law or approved through Google Play.
Changes to Membership
Veloria AI may add, remove, modify, or improve membership features over time. Material changes will be reflected in the app or this agreement when appropriate. If you do not accept updated membership terms, you should cancel the subscription before the next renewal.
Service Availability
Membership benefits may be affected by maintenance, connectivity, Android device compatibility, Android system changes, Google Play service status, or events outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Android membership service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Misuse and Suspension
Veloria AI may restrict or suspend membership access if the app is misused, if purchase verification fails, if fraud or abuse is suspected, or if continued access would violate law, platform rules, or the Veloria AI User Agreement.
